Leadership Mission

2024 Leadership Mission

SEPTEMBER 29 – OCTOBER 2 | GALWAY & MAYO

You are invited to join the Irish American Partnership’s Board of Directors on our 2024 Leadership Mission. The mission is a unique and compelling way to see modern Ireland and truly connect to the grassroots work of Partnership.

It would be wonderful to have you with us as our delegation heads west to visit and evaluate Partnership programs, including schools, universities, and community development organizations in counties Galway, and Mayo. This trip is designed to give you a greater understanding of our work – and your impact – throughout Ireland. You will have the opportunity to engage over dinner with senior government officials, Partnership friends and partners in academia, business, sports, and the arts.

2022 Leadership MIssion Highlights

“This organization is doing great work for educational initiatives on the island of Ireland. This announcement of $500,000 funding will provide essential support to the next generation of Irish children – and strengthens the ties between our two countries.”

— US Ambassador to Ireland, Claire Cronin

The 2022 Leadership Mission was an opportunity to thank donors, friends, and partners across the Atlantic for their ongoing investment in Ireland’s future. Our delegates met with schools, students, universities, and community programs, and disbursed $500,000 in grants during this trip, bringing the year-to-date funding for Ireland to $1.2 million.
