Please join us for an evening of connection and inspiration at the Young Partners Speaker Series on October 1st. We look forward to welcoming guest speaker Geraldine Hughes for an engaging conversation while enjoying drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and networking with fellow young professionals passionate about Ireland and its future.

Born in West Belfast, Geraldine is a critically-acclaimed actor, producer, playwright, and philanthropist. After receiving a scholarship to UCLA, she built a distinguished career across stage and screen, with standout roles in Rocky Balboa and Gran Torino. In 2005, she wrote and starred in the award-winning Belfast Blues, an autobiographical play about growing up during the Troubles. Most recently, she served as Lead Producer on In The Land Of Saints And Sinners and Executive Producer on The Last Rifleman, starring Pierce Brosnan.

Geraldine will share reflections on the transformative role of education in her life, her experience growing up amid conflict, and her ongoing commitment to empowering the next generation through education and the arts.
