Minister for Health, Dr. Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, TD

The Irish American Partnership is honored to welcome Ireland’s Minister for Health, Dr. Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, TD as our keynote speaker.

Dr. Carroll MacNeill previously served as Minister of State for European Affairs & Defense across the Departments of the Taoiseach, Foreign Affairs and Defense. Prior to that, she was Minister of State in the Department for Finance with special responsibility for Financial Services, Credit Unions and Insurance. Minister Carroll MacNeill was re-elected as a TD for the Dún Laoghaire constituency in the 2024 General Election, having first been elected to the Dáil in 2020.
