Young Partners Boston Summer Social

The Boston Young Partners came together at Trillium on the Greenway on June 11, for their annual Summer Social. It was a fantastic evening of connection, celebration, and giving back, all in support of the students at Curraghboy National School in County Roscommon.

More than 75 Young Partners and friends celebrated the start of summer while raising vital funds for this small, rural school. Thanks to the generosity of the Young Partners, the Irish American Partnership is delighted to make a grant to Curraghboy NS to purchase sports and outdoor equipment, key for student development.

Principal Rory Leonard shared the profound impact this support will have on the school community:

“When I took on the role of Principal at Curraghboy in 2023, I was met with a stark reality: our buildings were in poor condition, equipment was outdated, and resources were stretched thin. I quickly came to believe that improving our facilities was not just a matter of practicality—it was a moral obligation. A safe, engaging, and inclusive environment is the foundation upon which children build their futures.

Your contribution won’t just repair walls or buy equipment—it will restore pride, fuel ambition, and create a future where every child in our care feels valued, seen, and supported. On behalf of our staff, students, and the families of Curraghboy National School, thank you for being part of our story.”

All gifts made in support of the Young Partners fundraiser will be sent to Curraghboy National School.
